Travely is free to download and explore on iOS and Android. On top of the free app, we offer two paid products: prepaid travel eSIM data plans for staying connected abroad, and Travely Pro, an ad-free subscription. Below is a full description of each.
The Travely app
The core Travely app is free. Browse the place and business directory, explore the interactive map, read and write genuine reviews, save places and plan trips — all at no cost. The paid products below are optional add-ons.
Travel eSIM data plans
A travel eSIM is a digital SIM that lets you get mobile data abroad without buying a local SIM card or paying expensive roaming fees. Travely sells prepaid eSIM data plans that you buy and activate directly in the app — there is nothing physical to ship. Plans start from $2.99 USD, and each plan clearly shows its data allowance, the countries it covers, how long it is valid, and its exact price in US dollars before you pay.
Plan types
Country plans
Data for a single destination — ideal for a focused trip to one country. Pick the data amount and validity that fit your stay.
Regional plans
One plan that works across a group of neighbouring countries, so you stay connected as you travel through a whole region without buying a new plan at every border.
Global plans
Worldwide coverage across a wide list of supported countries — the simplest option for multi-stop and around-the-world trips.
How it works
- 1Choose a country, regional or global plan in the app and see its exact data allowance, validity and price before you pay.
- 2Pay securely in the app. Your eSIM is delivered digitally — there is no physical SIM card to ship or swap.
- 3Install the eSIM by scanning the QR code or tapping to activate, then connect to mobile data the moment you land.
eSIM compatibility depends on your device. Plans are prepaid and do not auto-renew — when a plan's data or validity period runs out, you simply purchase a new one.
Travely Pro
Travely Pro is an optional premium subscription that unlocks an ad-free experience across the app. It is available as an auto-renewing monthly plan or a discounted auto-renewing yearly plan. Pricing is dynamic, so the exact amount — always in US dollars (USD) — is shown at checkout before you confirm.
Ad-free experience
Travely Pro removes all advertising so you can browse places, maps and reviews in a clean, distraction-free experience.
Support the platform
Your subscription directly supports the continued development of Travely and the community-driven directory you rely on.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours beforehand. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your app store account settings.

- • Transparent pricing. All prices are in US dollars (USD). The exact price and what you receive are shown at checkout before any payment is taken. eSIM plans start from $2.99 USD; Travely Pro pricing is dynamic and displayed before you confirm.
- • Secure payment. All transactions are processed over an encrypted connection through trusted payment providers.
- • Digital delivery. eSIM plans and Pro benefits are delivered digitally and activated in the app immediately after purchase.
