iPhone

  1. 1Open Settings → Cellular (or Mobile Data) → Add eSIM.
  2. 2Choose “Use QR Code” and scan the code we sent — or tap the install link on the phone itself.
  3. 3Name the new line (e.g. “Travely”) and leave your home SIM for calls and texts if you like.
  4. 4When you land, switch the Travely line on and turn on Data Roaming for it.

Android

  1. 1Open Settings → Network & internet (or Connections) → SIMs.
  2. 2Tap “Add eSIM” / “Download a SIM” and scan the QR code we sent.
  3. 3Follow the prompts to finish — you can also enter the activation code manually here.
  4. 4When you land, turn the eSIM on, select it for mobile data and enable roaming for it.

Tip: install the eSIM on Wi-Fi before you travel, and turn it on when you arrive. An eSIM can usually be installed only once — don't delete it from your phone after installing.
